بهارات “تيتا نورا” هي خلطة مميزة استخدمت منذ ١٩٢٠ طيبة جدا وتستخدم للطبيخ العربي التقليدي وهي عبارة عن سبع بهارات بنسب ومقادير دقيقة وتستخدم لجميع انواع اللحوم والدجاج والسمك فيها : العصفر والقرفة والكركم وجوزة الطيب والقرنفل والفلفل الأسود وبالبهار الحلو. جربوها واكيد حتعجبكم!
امثلة استخدامات البهار:
١. لسلق اللحمة الشقف لليخاني – للبازيلا والبامية والفاصوليا…او الكفتة او اللحمة المفرومة او الفخدة او الخاروف العربي او حشوة جميع المحاشي او رز الحشوة او القدرة الخليلية او الاوزي.
٢. للدجاج مثل الصواني والمفتول والفريكة والدجاج المحشي ورز الحشوة والفتة بس نضيف هيل حسب الطبخة.
٣. للصيادية والسمك بس ممكن اضافة كمون.
